This year's homecoming (HOCO) parade was full of excitement, laughter and school spirit.
The students from Owensville and Gerald elementary schools, as well as the Owensville Middle School, lined the campus roads. The floats created by clubs, sports teams and HOCO attendees made their way through the campus, smiling, waving and passing out candy. Each float was created with creativity and school spirit by students from the club or team.
One of the best parts of the HOCO parade was seeing the younger students' faces light up as they were passed handfuls of candy, reminding older students about their past parade experiences when they dreamed about one day being part of the event.
